Monsieur Seb HoS back in fine form, as always! Emotional, moving, intelligent--what's not to like about JP & Co.'s work?! Favorite track: Hope.

Christiane Fleurant Love the hypnotic dancing beat of both To serve in heaven (my favourite track) and Hope. Empire of illusion is the perfect introductory song, with its soft pace.

Another gem from HOS Favorite track: To Serve In Heaven (Hopelessly).

arturo jara Hos and JP did it again.
3 amazing tracks.
Empire of Illusion is a great mesmerizing instrumental Track. Loved it!
Hope, a classic HoS track along with To Serve in Heaven.

It seems that everytime HoS (JP Mercier) is about to call it quits, inspiration comes and reminds him how amazing music HoS is capable to do.

If HOPE is the prelude of the forthcoming album, I can't wait for the new material being released.

Favorite track: Empire of Illusion (Hopeless).

HOPE Made of none, all come undone No sobbing would shake your perfect frame Convinced you are cloaked under the covers Where you’re as happy as anyone Where no dissent you will tolerate Unless shared with smiley, with a flag or your picture Here’s to shape of things to come, And the few remaining realists Who won’t draw you in to colour you gone No, we won’t hold long like this Safe, sheltered and accounted for God, let it rain more wine, more games, more Novocain Never challenge, never lessen No, Ignorance wouldn’t be ignored But it will make you swallow all the same You were raised to serve in heaven Here’s to shape of thing to come, And a few remaining realists Who won’t draw you in to colour you gone No, we won’t hold long like this We’re reeking of hope The stench has staled the air We’re numb and cold We learned young and we learned fair To give up control So blithely unaware When truth be told We would rather not be there Over and done, our time has run The time to consider it all insane, A sunstroke fever, some drunken stupor
